Scamorza is a stretched curd cheese made from cow’s milk. It has a slightly drier texture than the classic mozzarella but is equally tasty and delicious! This feature makes it perfect to be eaten alone in slices or to enhance a recipe. Plus, it’s ideal for grilling!
Our scamorza follows all the manufacturing processes manually and does not have, like all our products, neither preservatives nor dyes.
Shipping and Storage
Scamorza is shipped as soon as its production process ends and arrives at your Italian home within 24h.
To preserve its freshness avoiding possible storage in courier warehouses during the weekend, the product is shipped only from Monday to Wednesday.
After opening, store in the fridge at +4°C.
