Falanghina Brut VITAE is a sparkling wine made with the Martinotti-Charmat method from 100% Falanghina grapes.
The harvest, carried out manually, takes place slightly in advance towards mid-September in order to preserve a higher degree of acidity of the grapes. It continues with the destemming, soft pressing and fermentation at low temperature. Finally, after the second fermentation it remains on the lees for at least two months.
Bright straw yellow in color with a subtle and persistent perlage, it is characterized by its fruity and floral aroma, with subtle aromas of yeast and hints of bread crust. The taste is dry, with a pleasant note of white fruit and the right degree of acidity that makes it lean and balanced.
It is the undisputed king of the aperitif but it is perfect to accompany different moments during the day: appetizer, fish-based lunches, risottos, white meat main courses and it is absolutely to try with our buffalo mozzarella DOP!
